Best Time-Saving Tips for Women

No matter what you do, you can never be the ultimate Superwoman. You only have around 16 hours a day to accomplish all your chores, and sometimes because of an ineffective planning, a lot your responsibilities still have to be performed the next day.
What you need to know is how to save a lot of time. This way, you can do everything you have to do and even find time for yourself. The following tips may be helpful:
1. Wake up early. Since a lot of the tasks are performed during the day, you should make it a point to wake up as early as you can. Most definitely this also means you have to sleep early at night. It's recommended for adults to be already in bed around 9:00 to 10:00 p.m.
2. Prepare the things you need the next day in the evening. Don't wait for the next morning to look for your missing shoe or decide which clothes to wear. These simple tasks actually take a lot of your time in the morning. You can spare yourself the trouble by preparing all you need the night before. In fact, you may have more time for your personal rituals such as exercising or cleaning the house.
3. Divide big chores. Let's take, for example, your household chores. You cannot finish intensive cleaning in a just a day. It's less stressful and you feel more accomplished if you divide them yourself. You may want to dust the furniture on Monday and clean the glass windows on Tuesday.
4. Choose the best time to do your errands. Pick the day when you have the least activities to do and spend most of your time completing your errands. Shop for groceries, pay the bills, buy things you need for the house, or send mails all in one day. Dong this also saves you a lot of money on transport or gas.
5. Learn to say no. You don't have to give in to other people's requests all the time. You have to consider yourself too. If your boss tells you to work during the weekends, just say no unless it's definitely necessary. If you think that their requests prevent you from doing your job well or completing your other tasks, then by all means say no. If you're finding it hard to do so, you can just tell them the best time you can do their requests.
6. Don't sweat the small stuff. Avoid stressing yourself on things that don't really make you productive. There's no point in spending a lot of time arguing with someone when there's no intention for a resolution. Cut back the time you spend in front of your TV and computer. Don't focus yourself a lot on things that you have no control.
It actually helps if you use subliminal messages. They can give you the right amount of courage to say no to tasks you cannot handle and let go of the things that are insignificant. For example, the affirmations may remind you that "There are far bigger things to keep in mind than this" or "I know what matters to me."
